The basics
Deposit to reserve
A 50% deposit, plus any add-ons like extra people or travel, is paid online when you book. Once it's paid, your session is on the calendar.
How you pay
Securely through Pixieset by card or bank transfer. Your receipt and booking details arrive by email.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 7+ days before your session. Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before.
Remaining balance
The rest is due after your session. I'll send an invoice you can pay online.
⚡ 24-hour photo turnaround
Edited digital images are delivered within 24 hours of your session, not weeks later.
Rain policy
If rain, drizzle or lightning is expected, I'll text you at least 2 hours before, and we'll reschedule for free. Your deposit carries over.
Late arrivals & no-shows
If you're more than 30 minutes late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. A no-show is treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited.
When I'm available
Weekdays from 5 PM, and weekends all day. The booking calendar only shows real openings.
Travel
Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key and mainland Bradenton are included. Farther beaches are +$30 to +$70 based on drive time. See the sessions page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Pick a session on the sessions page, choose a date and time in my booking calendar, and pay the deposit online. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
When do I need to pay the deposit?
When you book. Your session is confirmed once the 50% deposit (plus any add-ons) is paid.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 7 days before your session and your deposit is fully refunded. You can also reschedule for free, right from your confirmation email, up to 72 hours before. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Reach out as soon as you know and I'll do my best to work with you.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
After your session, I'll send a Pixieset invoice for the remaining balance. You can pay it by card or bank transfer.
How soon will I get my photos?
Edited images are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot, in an online gallery.
What happens if it rains?
I watch the forecast and make the call at least 2 hours before your session. If rain, drizzle or lightning is expected, I'll text you, and we'll reschedule to any open time for free, with your deposit carried over. Cloudy skies on their own aren't a reason to reschedule, since overcast light is soft and flattering.
What happens if I'm running late?
Sessions end at the originally scheduled time regardless of a late start, so arriving more than 30 minutes late means less shoot time, with no discount or extension. If you don't show up at all, it's treated as a late cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
