Agreement

By using anabananaphotos.com or booking a session with Ana Banana Photos ("we," "us," "I"), you agree to these terms. If you book a session, any contract or booking terms you accept at checkout also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the booking terms win.

Prices and the calculator

Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price calculator gives an estimate based on what you select. Your booking confirmation and invoice show the final price. Taxes may apply.

Booking, deposits and payment

  • A 50% deposit of the session price, plus any add-ons (such as extra people, travel or extra hours), is due when you book. Your session is confirmed once it's paid.
  • The remaining balance is due after your session, by invoice.
  • Payments are processed by Pixieset and its payment partners.

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

  • Cancel 7 or more days before your session and your deposit is fully refunded.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.
  • You can reschedule for free, subject to availability, up to 72 hours before your session.
  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session still ends at the scheduled time, with no discount or extension.
  • A no-show is treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited.
  • Weather: we make the weather call at least 2 hours before your session. If rain, drizzle or lightning is expected, we'll reschedule to any open time at no cost, and your deposit carries over. Cloudy skies alone aren't a reason to reschedule.
  • If we have to cancel because of illness or an emergency on our end, we'll reschedule at no cost or refund what you've paid.

Photo delivery

Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of your session, in a private online gallery. In rare cases, such as illness, equipment failure or events outside our control, delivery may take longer, and we'll let you know right away. Please download your photos promptly. Galleries are not a permanent archive.

Who owns the photos

Ana Banana Photos keeps the copyright to all images we create. With your gallery, you get a personal-use license to download, print, and share the photos (for example, on social media, holiday cards and wall art). Please don't sell the photos, enter them in contests, or edit them in a way that changes their character, such as filters that alter the editing.

Event packages include commercial usage rights for your business. Concert and band work includes the promotional licensing described in your quote. Other commercial use requires written permission.

We'll only use your photos in our portfolio, website, social media or advertising with your permission.

Safety and locations

Beach and outdoor sessions take place in public places. You're responsible for your group's safety, belongings, and following beach and park rules. Some locations may require permits or have restrictions, and we'll let you know if your chosen spot does.

Website content

All photos, text and design on this site belong to Ana Banana Photos or are used with permission (some background images are from Unsplash). Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to your session.
