Big family photos come down to organization. Before we start, I'll ask for the groupings you want: the whole crew, each household, the cousins, the grandparents with every grandkid. Then I work through the list quickly, so little ones don't melt down and nobody stands around waiting.
How pricing works for big groups
The family session includes five people. Each extra person is $60, whether they're a baby or a grandparent, and you get more edited photos as the group grows. You can book up to 20 people online, and the calculator shows your exact total first.
One hour or ninety minutes?
For up to about 12 people, an hour is plenty. For 13–20 people, or a long list of groupings, choose 90 minutes so everyone gets their own frames without rushing.
Tips for a smooth reunion shoot
- Pick a color palette for the whole family, and let each household choose within it.
- Send me your must-have groupings ahead of time.
- Plan the session before dinner, not after a long beach day.

How much do large family photos cost in Sarasota?
The family hour is $350 for five people plus $60 for each extra person. For example, 10 people is $650 for an hour, and 20 people is $1,400 for 90 minutes. Friday–Sunday sunsets add $100.
What's the largest group you photograph?
Up to 20 people can book online. For bigger reunions, text me and I'll put together a plan and quote.
How long does a big family session take?
About an hour for up to 12 people, and 90 minutes for larger groups or long shot lists.
Do you charge for travel?
Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key and mainland Bradenton are included. Longboat Key and Casey Key add $30, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and Venice add $50, and the full list is on the sessions page.
