When to schedule it
Book your session early in your trip. That leaves room to reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate, and you'll have your photos for the rest of the week. Weekday evenings and weekend mornings are the regular price, and Friday–Sunday sunsets cost a little more.
Big group trip?
Reunions and multi-family trips are some of my favorite sessions. The family session covers up to 20 people online, with a flat price per extra person. See large family photos.

How far ahead should we book vacation photos?
As soon as your travel dates are set. Weekend sunsets and spring break weeks fill up first.
Can you shoot at our vacation rental?
Yes. The beach behind your rental, the pool or the dock all work. Pick the matching beach in the calculator for travel pricing.
How quickly will we get our photos?
Within 24 hours, in a private online gallery you can download and share from.
What if it rains during our trip?
I make the weather call at least 2 hours before. If rain is expected, we reschedule to another day of your trip at no cost.
Do you charge for travel?
Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key and mainland Bradenton are included. Longboat Key and Casey Key add $30, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and Venice add $50, and the full list is on the sessions page.
